Therefore we have great water color on the White River and an ample amount of water. When the water is lower, go with Zig Jigs. If the water is high, stay with Countdown Rapalas. Power Baits and redworms are working as well if you want to bottom fish. Larger nymphs, egg patterns and green woolly buggers are working well in small, shallower runs and eddies.
